One fractured galaxy.

Roster v3 · Character designs and primary classes are a first design pass. Single combat poses; animation and final kits are still in development.
01 / THE COMBAT ROSTER
Class distribution
One primary class per character.
Hybrid tools do not count twice.
| Faction | Tanks | Fighters | Marksmen | Casters | Support | Total | Coverage |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Custodians | 2 | 2 | 3 | 0 | 3 | 10 | 4/5 |
| Freeholds | 1 | 3 | 3 | 0 | 3 | 10 | 4/5 |
| Syndicate | 2 | 1 | 5 | 0 | 2 | 10 | 4/5 |
| Veil | 1 | 3 | 1 | 3 | 2 | 10 | 5/5 |
| Whole roster | 6 | 9 | 12 | 3 | 10 | 40 | 5/5 |
The visible gap: all 3 casters currently belong to the Veil. The Syndicate leans hardest into gunplay, with 5 marksmen. These are current roster choices, not permanent faction restrictions.
What each class means
- Tank
- Holds the front line through durability, barriers or displacement.
- Fighter
- Wins close engagements through melee pressure, dueling or bruiser combat.
- Marksman
- Deals damage primarily through aimed or sustained ranged weapon attacks.
- Caster
- Deals damage and control primarily through supernatural or ability-driven attacks.
- Support
- Enables the squad through protection, repair, coordination, disruption or control.
Support includes control and coordination, not just healing. A tank can hold space through magic or barriers instead of a large body. Labels describe intended roles; they do not add finalized abilities or numeric stats.

03 / THE WOUND THEY INHERITED
Civilization survived
by abandoning its own.
Centuries ago, inhabited worlds depended on a shared transit network. During a catastrophic failure, its administrators disconnected the outer systems to keep the central worlds alive.
The center remembers salvation.
The abandoned worlds remember atrocity.
Faction themes are established. Relationships, counters, detailed doctrine and individual character stories remain open design work.
Order at any cost
Unforgiving imperial idealists descended from the administrators who saved the central worlds.
Lookbook & inspirations
Maintained state equipment, deliberate geometry, rank and authoritative posture.
Star Wars imperial institutions + Foundation’s civilizational scale
No one owns our survival
The abandoned worlds: inventors, insurgents, wanderers, workers and openly evil local barons.
Lookbook & inspirations
Personal equipment histories, salvage, frontier cultures and unequal access to augmentation. Only some use the addictive enhancer.
Dune’s harsh-world survival + Star Wars frontier clans + Arcane’s Zaun + Cyberpunk 2077
Everything has an owner
Brutal crime families that own infrastructure, buy influence and enforce their business through violence.
Lookbook & inspirations
Threatening personal bearing, custom firearms and conspicuous wealth. No shared uniform.
The Godfather, Scarface and other mafia films + Cyberpunk 2077
Devotion without mercy
A dark prophetic order shaping events through coercion, covert influence and real supernatural power.
Lookbook & inspirations
Burial materials, ritual iron, wax, cords, reliquaries and unsettling gestures; varied personal colors.
Dune’s Bene Gesserit + Star Wars occult orders + Foundation’s prophetic influence
The design desk
Angular, sculpted CGI inspired by The Clone Wars (2008). Individual anatomy and personal colors; no universal chibi proportions or faction-wide recolor.
40 generated designs · 38 transparent sprites. Bastion-17 and Serevan still have background cleanup pending. Named pop-culture references describe creative ingredients, not in-universe identities.
